This is a NEW F187-AR Special Pulling Head Rotating Adapter Sleeve with F187-3ACM Inner Puller Shaft, manufactured in the USA by Fastening Systems International (FSI).
PLEASE NOTE!  This Adapter Sleeve is marked “F4187-AR” as you can see in the photos, but I am certain that it is actually the F187-AR as described here.
This Adapter is a big improvement over the standard F187 adapter. It is used to attach your CherryMAX right angle and offset pulling heads to your FSI
PT-3000 and PT-4000
Cordless tools,
PT-100
Air Hydraulic tools, and
D100, D180, and D700
Hand Hydraulic, Lockbolt and other Blind Riveter tools.
The F187-AR adapter permit you to position the special right angle and offset pulling heads through a complete 360 degree angle of rotation in either clockwise or counterclockwise direction.  This eliminates the need to loosen the jam nuts on the pulling heads to position the heads to fit the work area need.  This helps minimize potential damage to the threads on the pulling head due to loosening/unthreading of the head during the positioning and re-positioning process.
The F187-AR and F187-3ACM provide a major improvement in flexibility when using your riveting tools.
